The Hillcrest Community Civic Association, established in late 1989, invites all Hillcrest residents to join the association to promote the welfare of our neighborhood. HCCA Meetings are held the first Saturday of each month, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Hillcrest Community Center, 32nd and Denver St SE

HCCA & Yantee Neufville Scholarships


The Hillcrest Community Civic Association is pleased to announce that it will award 2 scholarships to deserving District of Columbia graduating seniors or recent graduates in 2021.

Applications must be postmarked on or before June 4, 2021. Finalists may be called for a personal zoom interview in June 2021 and the winners will be announced in early July 2021. Recipients will asked to join the August 7, 2021 virtual HCCA meeting to formally receive the award.
