Twining Square Beautification Project

Friends of Twining Square work in partnership with the National Park Service to beautify
and maintain this national park. The adopt-a-park program began on April 29th, 2000. Monthly
work sessions are the 4th Saturday of the month 7-10 AM. 17 people participated in
this session, including Madelyn Yates of the National
Park Service, Vincent Spaulding,
the Clean City Coordinator, Michael Carter, Deputy Director of DPW, and residents of nearby
neighborhoods of Hillcrest, Naylor Gardens, Fort Davis, and Randle Highlands. See
