WASA College Interns Volunteer in the Park

On June 7th 2005, a group of college interns under the sponsorship of WASA (DC Water and Sewer Authority) spent the morning at Twining, weeding, trimming and planting flowers. They did a superb job of sprucing up the park. We thank them, and we thank WASA for organizing this volunteer day as part of their program. Thank you, National Park Service for providing the flowers and other materials.
